The USA team takes care of our finances, human resources, and our technology stack; while our global team assists with translation, website, curriculum editing, and staff training.
Francys de Vegas leads the team providing training and support in 30 countries. The doors are open for high-impact all over the Spanish-speaking world, and this team is getting the job done, currently serving over 4000 teachers.
This team of mentors helps teachers in our Latam VIP coaching course. They are faithfully checking weekly homework assignments and answering questions for teachers directly.
Our Latin America WhatsApp team currently serves 2378 teachers and children’s ministry pastors and directors in 5 different WhatsApp groups, so that they know they are not alone in the important work they are doing.
Blessy Jacob leads this fantastic team in India. With the added challenge of serving people in over 10 languages, they are providing much-needed support into unreached people groups around India.
We have a fully committed volunteer board of directors with experience in Fundraising, Program Delivery, Finance, Technology, Global Cultural Growth and Expansion, Human Resources, Communications, and Leadership. This Board provides independent oversight and governance.
With 35+ years of experience including VP roles for NIKE overseeing global HR, Strategy, Operations and Talent Management and as President of Playbooks Consulting providing strategic coaching, organization design and team building for large Christian ministries including Hillsong, Educational Media Foundation (KLove), Mannahouse Church, The Chosen, etc., Mike oversees our Board activities and provides leadership expertise from Portland, Oregon.
With 15 years of missions experience in Mexico as Co-Founder of Equip & Grow while bi-vocationally contracting in aerospace engineering, Dwight provides leadership experience and governance over Finances and Budgeting. He also serves on the Board of Net Works Ministries and is involved in worship ministry in his local church in Albany, Oregon.
With 15 years of involvement with Equip & Grow in various capacities in Mexico, India, and the US, Suki maintains board records and advises on technology aspects of the ministry. She also works as Director of Operations for Global Frontier Missions overseeing technology, personnel, and finance and serves as a Deacon in production at her local church in Atlanta, Georgia.
Bringing 30 years of experience at Mannahouse Church as a licensed minister mentoring women, couples, and children, and experience with the Brian Grant Foundation and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, she advises on programming aspects of the ministry. She also works as Coach and Training Coordinator for Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.
With experience as Director of Development for Habitat for Humanity Portland / Metro East leading teams to cover multi-million-dollar annual budgets, Tracy advises on fundraising strategies from Portland, Oregon. Additional experience includes Reading Tutor, Teacher and Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, and Treasurer for a local Farmer’s Market.
Bringing 2 decades of experience in Human Resources across a variety of industries, including leading large teams and as the Director of Data Governance for all NIKE product globally, Carrie provides expertise in Human Resources. She also works as the Director of Employee Experience and Talent Management at The Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, Oregon.
Bringing experience in healthcare finance at corporate and national executive leadership levels at Providence Health System and Kaiser Permanente, Teresa provides expertise in financial and business development from Camas, Washington. She brings a passion for effective management of the financial assistance resources to best support communities served.
As Founder of the Educational Media Foundation, parent company of both K-LOVE and Air 1 Radio Networks, and Founder of Gospel Spots, Bob brings expertise in public communications and executive leadership. He has also been an on-air personality in some of the nations’ highest rated stations and serves on multiple nonprofit boards from Spokane, Washington.
Having brought 17 years of experience across the gamut of children’s ministry, including as Children’s Ministry Director at New Song Community Church, Kristi co-founded Equip & Grow in Mexico. Beginning as Programming Director and as Executive Director since 2020 from Albany, Oregon, she oversees organizational strategy, staffing, and day to day operations.
