International Coaching
Our free two-year Coaching Program helps people grow while they serve in children’s ministry. Through practical video classes, ministry assignments, personal feedback, volunteer support, and community, participants develop new skills and apply what they learn directly in their own churches.
Across four levels, participants grow from foundations and teaching skills to leadership and multiplication. In Level 4, they learn to write and develop original children’s ministry curriculum, creating resources that can equip others beyond their own church.
Annual Global Retreat
Rest. Connect. Be encouraged.
Each year, children’s ministry teachers, leaders, and volunteers from around the world come together online for our Global Retreat. With a new theme each year, the retreat provides time to step away from the demands of ministry, connect with others who understand the work, and be refreshed and encouraged.
The retreat is one of the ways we intentionally help those serving children prevent burnout and keep going.
